About the Role

Golden Care Therapy IN is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified ABA Therapist (BCBA) to join our team in Charlestown, Indiana. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and ABA programs tailored to individual child needs
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and goals
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to ABA Therapy and develop treatment plans
• Provide Parent Training to empower families to continue therapy at home
• Supervise and mentor junior therapists to ensure quality care and enhance their skills and confidence
• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
