About the role

Open Sky is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside a dedicated, clinically sophisticated workforce and have opportunities to build clinical best practices as part of a long-term team dedicated to Positive Behavioral Supports. The BCBA will provide support to adults living with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, and Acquired Brain Injury in various community environments. You will collaborate with team members and collaterals, conduct functional behavioral assessments, and develop Positive Behavioral Support plans. The BCBA will also support the delivery of interventions to assist individuals in building and using skills, while exhibiting Open Sky’s commitment to racial equity, justice, diversity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide training and consultation to team members on Applied Behavioral Analysis and Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS).
  • Oversee the development and implementation of PBS Universal, Targeted, and Intensive Treatment plans and associated data.
  • Serve as an active member of the PBS Leadership Team, Risk/Safety Team, Clinical Development Team, and Peer Review Committee.
  • Supervise interns, behavioral technicians, and clinicians as assigned.
  • Travel to Open Sky programs within the Central/Eastern Massachusetts area.

Requirements

  • Master’s level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
  • Experience with assessment and analysis of individual needs, and writing appropriate treatment interventions using the Positive Behavioral Supports model.
  • Experience with adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, and Acquired Brain Injury.
  • Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills, adaptability, time-management, and verbal and written communication skills preferred.
