About the role
The Hope Autism Clinic is a division of the non-profit Hope, dedicated to providing high-quality therapeutic services to local communities. Services offered include applied behavior analytic services (ABA), parent and family guidance, and in some settings, speech therapy. Treatment plans are tailored to each child's unique needs, and all professionals collaborate to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver ethical and evidence-based behavior analytic services to clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or intellectual/developmental disabilities.
- Manage clinical cases, including assessments, goal development, treatment planning, and data review.
- Incorporate families and caregivers into treatment plans, providing regular updates and training.
- Complete required documentation and report session times within specified timelines.
- Adapt to feedback from supervisors and adjust behavior and practices accordingly.
Requirements
- Masters degree, active BCBA credential, or Master’s degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience in behavior analytic services.
- Thorough understanding of ABA principles.
Qualifications
Reliability, punctuality, ability to set and meet goals, strong communication skills, and cultural sensitivity are preferred traits.

Schedule

Pay
Up to $85,000 annually, with a commitment bonus ranging from $5,000 to $10,000 based on experience.
