Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive evaluations
  • Develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans
  • Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and BTs in accordance with BACB standards
  • Deliver parent training (minimum 2 hours monthly when clinically appropriate)
  • Provide direct services and supervision via telehealth and in-home settings
  • Travel monthly for in-person client supervision and support
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, session notes)
  • Ensure treatment plans meet insurance and medical necessity requirements
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

Skills

Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency with telehealth platforms, strong organizational and time management skills
