About the role
The Hope Autism Clinic is a division of Hope, a non-profit dedicated to providing high-quality therapeutic services to local communities. Services offered include applied behavior analytic services (ABA), parent and family guidance, and in some settings, speech therapy. Treatment plans are tailored to meet individual needs and involve collaboration among professionals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver ethical and evidence-based behavior analytic services to clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or intellectual/developmental disabilities.
- Manage clinical cases, including assessments, goal development, therapy planning, and progress reviews.
- Incorporate families and caregivers into treatment plans, providing regular updates and training.
- Complete required documentation and report session times promptly.
- Adopt and implement feedback from supervisors to improve practice.
Requirements
- Masters degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Active BCBA credential from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).
- At least 5 years of experience providing behavior analytic services.
- A thorough understanding of ABA principles.

Schedule
Full-time position.
Pay
Up to $85,000 annually, based on experience. Includes a commitment bonus of $5,000-$10,000.
