About the role
The Hope Autism Clinic is a division of Hope, a non-profit dedicated to providing high-quality therapeutic services to local communities. Services offered include applied behavior analytic services (ABA), parent and family guidance, and in some settings, speech therapy. Treatment plans are tailored to meet individual needs and involve collaboration among professionals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver ethical and evidence-based behavior analytic services to clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or intellectual/developmental disabilities.
- Provide clinical case management for an assigned caseload, including assessments, goal development, treatment planning, and data review.
- Involves the entire family or caregivers in treatment, ensuring training goals are included, and updates are provided regularly.
- Completes required documentation accurately and within timelines, and converts session data into the time reporting platform promptly.
- Accepts and implements supervisory feedback to improve practice and behavior.
Requirements
- Masters degree, active BCBA credential with BACB, or Master’s degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience in behavior analytic services.
- Thorough understanding of ABA principles.

- Strong communication skills, across all modalities, and ability to work alongside colleagues from various disciplines.
