Board Certified Behavior Analyst – (In-Center BCBA)

About the role

Success On The Spectrum is a national Autism Treatment franchise dedicated to quality. We offer ABA, ST, OT, and Social Skills Classes in our nautical centers, in-home, and in-school. Our play-based model emphasizes NET, and we take clients on monthly field trips. High parent involvement is encouraged, and parents can watch therapy sessions live from our viewing room.

Responsibilities

• Supervise in-center and in-home clients
• Perform assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc.)
• Create individualized, research-based client programs
• Analyze client progress and update programs as needed
• Conduct weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
• Train interns and RBTs in-center and in-home
• Attend weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service training
• Handle insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests)
• Manage safety and perform cleaning duties

Qualifications/Requirements

• BACB Certification
• BLS/CPR certification
• No criminal background
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active
