About the role
Responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention plans for clients with autism spectrum disorders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct behavioral interventions to clients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Evaluate progress and adjust interventions as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
