About the role
Provide behavioral support services to children in foster care settings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans
- Conduct assessments and gather data on child behavior
- Collaborate with foster families, social workers, and other professionals
- Train foster parents and other caregivers in behavior management techniques
- Monitor and report progress towards behavior goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field
- Experience working with children in foster care environments
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Pass a background check
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
