Qualifications

  • Active Board certification – passed the BACB exam for behavior analysts
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, education, or related field (Required)
  • Current 8-hour supervision certificate – certified to provide supervision to RBTs
  • Experience utilizing behavioral skills training
  • Experience creating behavior support plans
  • Experience administering various skills assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, etc.
  • Experience with creating treatment plans and conducting family training, social skills groups, etc.
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, of all ages
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work in the US
  • Ability to relocate or travel to office location (in-person required)
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst License (Required)
  • AZ LBA (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an active caseload and meet 120 billable utilization hours per month (includes supervision, treatment planning, BTM, parent training, etc.)
  • Provide behavior analytic supervision to ABA therapists, including delivering evidence-based supervision techniques such as behavioral skills training
  • Administer skills assessments, preference, and reinforcer assessments
  • Develop programming to support students in achieving their treatment goals
  • Create behavior support plans tailored to clients’ individual needs and behaviors, with considerations for families’ experience levels
  • Set up data collection systems and ensure accurate, ongoing data collection
  • Attend team meetings for coordination of care and report on current levels of behaviors
  • Lead others in behavior crisis situations using behavior analytic principles
  • Remain flexible and accommodating to company updates in policies, procedures, and work-related expectations
  • Uphold Applied ABC’s core principles of providing the best possible clinical techniques with a holistic and individualized approach
