Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Conduct behavior assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide training and support to staff and family members on behavior analysis techniques and strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in behavior analysis
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of those with autism
