Job Responsibilities

• Provide supervision on paraprofessionals.
• Provide parent training.
• Help recruit ABA therapists.
• Conduct assessments regarding clients’ overall performance.
• Design curricula, interventions, behavioral plans for individual clients based on results of assessments and data analysis.

Job Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.

Pay

$70,000 - $115,000.00 per year
