We're seeking a dedicated Per Diem Board Certified Behavior Analyst Supervisor to join our collaborative and supportive team. You’ll lead with compassion and expertise while making a lasting impact on the families we serve.

What You’ll Do
- Conducting initial consultations with the student, where you may perform diagnostic assessments.
- Meeting with families, educators, and other collateral to obtain better insight into students' presenting concerns, as needed.
- Conducting naturalistic observation of students within individual and group settings.
- Creating simulated conditions, where you will observe the behavior of each student.
- Formulating an appropriate treatment plan that is sensitive to students' cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs.
- Administering treatment and tailoring interventions, as needed.
- Suggesting additional treatment by other professionals, as required.
- Operating within time, financial, and other resource constraints insofar as possible.
- Remaining abreast of changes in research on evidence-based practices.
- Advocating for the inclusion of individuals with disorders and disabilities within society.
- Direct access to BCBA leadership for ongoing guidance for Clinical Mentorship.
- Team-based communication and multidisciplinary integration.
- Provide supervision and complete documentation in accordance with BACB standards for RBT’s, BCaBA’s and BCBA, as needed.
- Provided behavioral training and consultation to special education staff and behavioral support teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- Legally eligible to work in the USA.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, applied behavior analysis, or similar; required.
- ADD BCBA certification; required.
- Accreditation as a behavior analyst or suitable equivalent.
- Proven experience as a behavior analyst.
- In-depth knowledge of and thorough adherence to applicable ethical codes.
