About the role

Become a key member of our team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will be responsible for:

• Team supervisor
• Developing positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff
• Supervision of behavior technicians
• Weekly hands-on training and monitoring programs
• Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing its effectiveness
• Parent training
• Developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles
• Assessment of client progress over time

Requirements

• Behavior Specialist License (Required)
