About the role
Become a key member of our team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will be responsible for:
- Team supervisor
- Developing positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff
- Supervision of behavior technicians
- Weekly hands-on training and monitoring programs
- Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing its effectiveness
- Parent training
- Developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles
- Assessment of client progress over time

- Behavior Specialist License (Required)
