Job Summary

Thrive Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for immediate employment. The position offers competitive hourly rates and flexible scheduling options including a hybrid remote work arrangement.

About the Role

The BCBA will serve as a team supervisor, fostering positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff. They will also supervise behavior technicians, conduct weekly hands-on training and monitoring, and develop individualized clinical treatment plans. Additionally, they will provide parent training sessions and teach ABA principles to parents.

Responsibilities

• Team supervisor
• Develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff

• Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing its effectiveness
• Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles

• Behavior Specialist License (Required)
