About the role
Provide behavioral analysis and intervention services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Lead behavior analytic interventions, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and conduct assessments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Train staff and families in behavior analytic techniques
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess and monitor progress towards treatment goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Document all sessions and progress reports
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience with data collection and analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
