About the role
Provide behavioral analysis services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Lead behavior intervention programs and train staff.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Train staff in behavior analysis techniques
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress
Requirements
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or closely related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience providing direct service to clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
