Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - San Jose, CA (Hybrid)

As our Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and clinicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy in an environment that values ethical practice and genuine autonomy.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Position requires a background check, including criminal history and driving record

Pay

• Annual Salary: $90,000 - $103,000
• Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 - $18,000 (paid monthly)
• Sign On Bonus: $5,000 - $20,000 (depending on start date and location)
• Total Annual Compensation: $90,000 - $121,000
• Annual merit-based salary increases
