As our Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and clinicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy in an environment that values ethical practice and genuine autonomy.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Position requires a background check, including criminal history and driving record
Pay
- Annual Salary: $90,000 - $103,000
- Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 - $18,000 (paid monthly)
- Sign On Bonus: $5,000 - $20,000 (depending on start date and location)
- Total Annual Compensation: $90,000 - $121,000
- Annual merit-based salary increases
