About the role
The Program Manager is responsible for providing clinical consultation, staff training, and developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train assigned staff.
- Oversight of each client's treatment program.
- Develop and implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs based on behavioral assessment and family input.
- Conduct initial implementation of programs, review data frequently, modify programs as necessary, and monitor treatment integrity.
- Provide direct one-on-one and small group treatment using ABA procedures for children with ASD.
Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field.
- Documented graduate-level coursework in behavioral assessment and intervention, selecting outcomes and strategies, behavior change procedures, experimental methods, and measuring and interpreting behavioral data.
- At least one year of experience in providing services to children ages 3-15 with ASD.
- Knowledge of typical child development for children ages 3-15.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) certification.

- Skilled in analyzing child outcome data to assess the effectiveness of interventions and adjust programs as necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for providing clear, concise feedback to families, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to identify challenges within the program or individual cases and develop effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and requirements related to providing services to children with autism, and a commitment to maintaining compliance with those standards.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the importance of maintaining confidentiality and compliance with legal standards for client records and communication.
- Skill with office equipment (e.g., phone systems, fax, copier) and software programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling software, EHR).

Current State of Texas Driver License or if you live in another state, must be currently licensed in that state. Liability insurance required if employees operate a personal vehicle on Center property or for Center business.
Must be insurable by the Center's liability carrier if an employee operates a Center vehicle or drives a personal car on Center business.
Must complete all training requirements in the month in which they are due.
Availability of a personal vehicle for business use may be required.
Work may take place within clinic-office or community settings (schools, nursing homes, clients' residences, shelters etc.). May be responsible for providing group ABA services as needed.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
Must successfully pass all background screens as required by the state.
Must be physically able to perform all job requirements that may include home visits, walking on uneven surfaces, climbing stairs, and standing or sitting for long periods of time if required.
Position may require flexible hours, including evenings as needed.
