Kiwi Kids ABA is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team!

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Provide direct consistent clinical supervision in collaboration with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) delivering ABA services to children with autism across clinical and home-based settings, ensuring treatment fidelity, staff competency, and meaningful client progress.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers.
- Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
- Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical documentation standards.
- Able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills to engage clients’ families and collaborate with healthcare providers.
- Experience in special education settings or behavioral health environments is preferred but not required.
