About the role

Join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavior intervention programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision making.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions.
  • Train staff and families in evidence-based practices.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Requirements

  • A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or closely related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI).
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in behavior analysis.
  • Experience with data collection and analysis tools.
  • Passion for improving outcomes for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
