Job Summary
Thrive Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for immediate openings. The position offers competitive hourly rates and flexible scheduling options including a hybrid remote work arrangement.
About the Role
BCBAs at Thrive Therapy will play a crucial role in the team, supervising behavior technicians, conducting parent training sessions, and developing individualized clinical programs for clients. They will also be responsible for assessing client progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff
- Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands-on training and monitoring programs
- Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness
- Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles
- Assessment of client progress over time
Requirements
- Behavior Specialist License (Required)
