About the role

The Malama Pono Autism Center offers a range of clinical programs focusing on behavior analysis, collaboration with other disciplines, and leadership development. This position is for a BCBA clinic-based supervisor, requiring no driving or home-based services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor newly practicing BCBA's
• Lead teams of behavior technicians, residents in training, and BCaBAs
• Perform a variety of roles including assessment, medical documentation, and patient care
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
• Provide professional development and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
• Strong background in patient care, assessment, and medical documentation
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
• Previous supervising experience in a behavioral health setting

Pay

$85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Schedule

Flexible within Monday to Friday, no weekends or evenings
