Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning.
• Provide direct therapy services to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders or other developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Proficiency in using data collection and analysis software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Skills

• Advanced knowledge of ABA techniques and interventions.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
