Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and evidence-based practices.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning.
- Provide direct therapy services to clients, including behavior analysis techniques.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all services provided.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are developed and implemented.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical behavior analysis setting.
- Experience with data collection and analysis using standardized assessment tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
