Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and evidence-based practices.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning.
  • Provide direct therapy services to clients, including behavior analysis techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all services provided.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are developed and implemented.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

  • A Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a clinical behavior analysis setting.
  • Experience with data collection and analysis using standardized assessment tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

  • Knowledge of ethical standards in behavior analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Pay
