About the Role

Helping Hands Family (HHF) is a top-rated ABA provider in the Northeast, built by clinicians for clinicians. We believe every community deserves a helping hand. Our Vineland scores consistently demonstrate top-tier capability, and our BCBAs meet monthly for clinical peer reviews.

  • Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
  • Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
  • Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
  • Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines

What You'll Need

  • Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • State Licensure where required
  • ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting
  • Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment

Why HHF Is Different
