Responsibilities
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Evaluate client progress and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance outcomes
- Conduct assessments and provide training to staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- At least 2 years of experience in behavior analysis
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in data analysis software
