Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid

About the role

Join our dynamic team of professionals in a hybrid work environment. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our innovative team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision making.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Conduct assessments and provide individualized support to clients.
• Train and supervise staff members as part of the treatment team.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of post-graduate experience in ABA or related field.
• Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
