About the role
Join our dynamic team of professionals in a hybrid work environment. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavior intervention programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Evaluate client progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct assessments and provide training to staff members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis preferred
- Valid license as a BCBA in your state
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
