About the role
Responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for clients in a hybrid work setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Provide direct behavioral interventions to clients in a variety of settings.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented.
- Document progress and outcomes in client files and reports.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification preferred.
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Skills
