Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid

About the role

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed to provide behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with families, educators, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Provide individualized therapy sessions to clients
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment
• Document progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Experience with data collection and analysis
• Proficiency in using behavior management software
