What You'll Do

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Maintain data collection systems and analyze client progress
• Complete documentation required by funding sources
• Prepare treatment updates and progress reports
• Provide direct consultation and caregiver coaching within the home
• Deliver individualized treatment recommendations that fit each family's routines and goals
• Support skill generalization across natural environments
• Collaborate closely with caregivers to promote long-term success

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Preferred: Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs, experience providing caregiver coaching and home-based consultation, strong collaboration and communication skills, ability to work independently while partnering closely with families
