What You’ll Do As a BCBA, you will: Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plansProvide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTsDevelop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programsAnalyze data and make data-driven treatment decisionsProvide caregiver training and supportCollaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionalsMonitor client progress and adjust treatment as neededMaintain accurate clinical documentationTreatment plan reviewsProvide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs What We’re Looking For Active BCBA certification and current BACB credentialMaster’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldExperience working with children preferredStrong clinical, organizational, and communication skillsA collaborative, team-focused approachPassion for helping children and families Why You’ll Love Blue Gems ABA Clinical Support & Community You’ll have access to experienced clinical leadership, ongoing mentorship, and a team that is always there to support you.
