Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Home Based

About the role

Responsible for providing behavioral support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct assessments and data collection to inform intervention strategies
• Train staff and families on effective behavioral techniques
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Document progress and adjust interventions as needed

Requirements

• BCBA certification
• Lecturer in Applied Behavior Analysis (LABA) certification
• At least 5 years of experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Skills

• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

$50-$60 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
