About the role
Responsible for providing behavioral support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct assessments and data collection to inform intervention strategies
- Train staff and families on effective behavioral techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
- Document progress and adjust interventions as needed
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Lecturer in Applied Behavior Analysis (LABA) certification
- At least 5 years of experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
Skills
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
$50-$60 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
