About the role
Responsible for providing behavioral support services to individuals with developmental disabilities in various settings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Teach and reinforce new skills through structured programs
- Monitor and document client progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct assessments and evaluations as needed
Requirements
- Valid BCBA certification
- Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in applied settings
Skills
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
