About the role
Responsible for designing and implementing behavioral intervention plans in various applied settings. Conduct assessments, develop teaching programs, and train staff.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement behavioral intervention plans in applied settings
- Conduct assessments and develop teaching programs
- Train staff in behavior modification techniques
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
Requirements
- Valid BCBA certification
- LABA certification (if applicable)
- At least 5 years of experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of assessment tools and data collection methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
