About the role
Responsible for providing behavioral support services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and train staff and families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Train staff and families in evidence-based practices
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and document client progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs
- At least 5 years of experience in the field
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Current license to practice as a BCBA in the state
- Knowledge of assessment tools and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
