About the role
Responsible for providing behavioral support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of client needs
- Train staff and families in behavioral strategies
- Monitor and document client progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- LABA certification (optional)
- At least 5 years of experience in applied settings
- Experience developing and implementing behavioral interventions
- Teaching program experience
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Passing score on background check
- First aid/CPR certification
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
