About the role

Responsible for providing behavioral support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of client needs
  • Train staff and families in behavioral strategies
  • Monitor and document client progress
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • LABA certification (optional)
  • At least 5 years of experience in applied settings
  • Experience developing and implementing behavioral interventions
  • Teaching program experience

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Passing score on background check
  • First aid/CPR certification

Skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
