About the role
Responsible for providing behavioral support services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Mentor and train staff members
- Monitor client progress and adjust plans as necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Document all interactions and progress in client files
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- BCBA certification
- Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs
- At least 3 years of experience in the field
Qualifications
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay
$50-$60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
