About the role
Responsible for providing behavioral support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of client needs
- Train staff and family members in behavioral techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
- Provide direct support services to clients in various settings
Requirements
- Valid BCBA certification
- Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs
Skills
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in data collection and analysis

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
