Get Set ABA is hiring experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing clinical team in and around Baltimore County, Maryland. Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and support their ongoing development
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to behavior plans
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain all documentation, data collection, and ethical compliance per BACB and payer standards
• Attend team meetings and support onboarding of new RBTs or BCBAs as needed
• Participate in and initiate outreach opportunities

Qualifications

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience developing ABA programs and supervising RBTs
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Pay

Pay Range: $100-120 per hour

Schedule

• Full-time: 30–40 hours/week
• Part-time: Flexible caseload options available
• Shifts: Daytime, after school, or hybrid scheduling based on client needs and your availability
