Remote / Telehealth - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) New graduates accepted Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Flexible Location: Maryland State Job Summary & Responsibilities Seeking a BCBA to provide outpatient ABA services in DC, Maryland, and Virginia, primarily in Prince George's and Montgomery Counties. The position offers a hybrid schedule with a caseload of 7-10 clients, primarily ages 4-7. Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff.Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions.Provide parent/caregiver training and collaborate with families and care teams.Complete clinical documentation and required reassessments.Work Monday-Friday with flexibility between 9:00 AM and 7:30 PM. Education, Licensure, And Experience Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.BCBA certification.Active Maryland LBA or eligibility for licensure.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.New graduates are welcome to apply.
