At Centria Autism, our Telehealth BCBAs lead in-home ABA services virtually—partnering with families and technicians to bring compassionate, high-quality care directly into clients’ homes. Whether you’re balancing location needs, family priorities, or a new phase of life, Centria’s virtual model gives you the support and tools to stay connected, effective, and fulfilled in your role.

Responsibilities

  • Periodic travel to the market (travel expenses paid by Centria)
  • Earn a base salary of $80,000–$90,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month)
  • Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth
  • Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field
  • Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
  • Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
  • Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency

Requirements

BCBA certification required.
