Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
About the role
Centria Autism seeks a Telehealth BCBA to lead in-home ABA services virtually, partnering with families and technicians to provide compassionate, high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Periodic travel to the market (travel expenses paid by Centria)
- Earn a base salary of $80,000–$90,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month)
- Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth
- Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
Requirements
BCBA certification required. Experience in ABA therapy, particularly in home-based services, is preferred. Proficiency in telehealth platforms and strong communication skills are essential.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
