About the role

Achievers ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children and families through community-based and in-home ABA services across Northwest Indiana.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Serve as a supervisor and mentor for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) delivering direct therapy in home and community settings
  • Provide parent training and caregiver coaching
  • Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Ensure clinical quality and adherence to ABA best practices across community-based service delivery

Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Active Indiana LBA licensure
  • Bachelor's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
  • Experience with pediatric ABA (preferred)
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (required for in-home/community travel)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, ethical clinical care

Qualifications

Must hold active BCBA certification and Indiana LBA licensure.
