About the role
Achievers ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children and families through community-based and in-home ABA services across Northwest Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Serve as a supervisor and mentor for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) delivering direct therapy in home and community settings
- Provide parent training and caregiver coaching
- Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure clinical quality and adherence to ABA best practices across community-based service delivery
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Active Indiana LBA licensure
- Bachelor's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
- Experience with pediatric ABA (preferred)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (required for in-home/community travel)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to high-quality, ethical clinical care
Qualifications
Must hold active BCBA certification and Indiana LBA licensure.
