Pay
$75,000 - $100,000 per year plus performance bonus opportunities.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM - 3:45 PM (clinic hours)
- One flexible work-from-home day for documentation (based on productivity)
- No evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments
- Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Analyze data and monitor client progress
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and ABA staff
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Complete reassessments and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with families, schools, and outside providers
- Maintain BACB ethical and clinical standards
Client Population
- Children ages 2-8 years
- Primarily Early Intervention Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Additional diagnoses may include ADHD, Anxiety, OCD, Speech Delay, Sensory Processing Disorder, and Global Developmental Delay
Qualifications
- Current BCBA Certification (required)
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (required)
- Strong communication and leadership skills (required)
- Eligible to obtain Ohio licensure within 30 days of hire (required)
- Experience with VB-MAPP (preferred)
- Pediatric ABA experience (preferred)
- Clinic, school, or home-based ABA experience (preferred)
- Experience supervising RBTs (preferred)
