What You Will Do
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, reassessments, and program updates.
- Analyze data and adjust programming based on client progress and clinical need.
- Supervise and train RBTs and BTs using clear, practical feedback.
- Provide caregiver guidance using the required language when appropriate.
- Coordinate care with schools, providers, and internal teams.
- Maintain timely documentation and comply with BACB, payer, privacy, and state requirements.
- Promote culturally responsive and respectful communication throughout service delivery.
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- NC LBA.
- Live in or within 40 miles of NC.
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
- Professional proficiency in English and the additional language required for the assigned market.
- Experience with treatment planning, staff supervision, and caregiver collaboration.
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication.
