Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinic / Center Based – No Travel – Atlanta

About the role

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed for a clinic or center-based position in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will provide behavior analysis services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Provide individualized behavior support services to clients
• Train staff and families in behavior analysis techniques
• Document progress and outcomes in client records
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings

Requirements

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or closely related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
