About the role

Join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are seeking a highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavior intervention programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision making
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions
  • Train staff and families in evidence-based practices
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
  • Provide supervision and consultation to behavior technicians

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
