About the role

Willow ABA Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in an in-clinic setting from Monday to Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. The ideal candidate will assist clients by developing goals, creating intervention plans, and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with all team members about client skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction programming
  • Implement client plan and program modifications as needed
  • Aid in providing client accommodations and social skills instruction
  • Prepare and facilitate on-the-job staff training and program modeling
  • Afford oversight and consultation to Willow staff regarding client skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction programming
  • Develop and oversee all client skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction programming, assess progress, and modify programming as necessary
  • Coordinate communication between clients' parents, caregivers, and other service providers
  • Ensure timely completion of program modifications, materials, progress reports, and graphed data
  • Develop data-tracking mechanisms and reporting strategies to convey pertinent clinical client information
  • Attend client team meetings as necessary or as requested
  • Participate in the presentation of client progress
  • Act as an active training member for directors
  • Provide ongoing supervision of one-to-one direct ABA treatment programming
  • Conduct thorough medical documentation audits for all clients regularly

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience with children, teens, and young adults in clinic settings (preferred)
  • Ability to provide supervision for staff in schools to become BCBA
  • Creativity and organization
  • Strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of BACB ethics and policies
  • Experience with CentralReach (highly desired)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills and attention to detail
  • Desire to work with a variety of clients ranging in age, abilities, and skill levels
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred

  • Pass a background check and OIG check
  • Be a U.S. authorized employer
  • Not eligible for sponsorship of visas at this time
